The Link
The Link is a short-term intensive therapy program designed to either bridge the gap between PHP/IOP and weekly therapy, or serve as a step up from weekly therapy. It is designed so adolescents don't just maintain progress, but build a life they actually want to return to.
There's a gap in adolescent mental health care.
Research shows that the first 30-60 days after an adolescent has been discharged from a PHP/IOP are crucial in terms of mental wellbeing.
However, when an adolescent leaves an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), parents are often left wondering and worrying...
"What happens now?"
”I don’t think they’re ready”
”What if this happens again?”
Not to mention, therapy burnout is a real thing. And adolescents are over it. They are tired of hearing about skills, filling out worksheets, and sitting in groups talking about their problems.
So we created a program unlike anything else out there.
The Link is a 1 on 1, measurable, structured, short-term intensive therapy program for adolescents who need more support than traditional weekly therapy.
Our goal isn't simply symptom reduction, it's helping adolescents reconnect with themselves, rebuild confidence, strengthen family relationships, and create a life that's bigger than their mental health challenges.
The Link is the missing step between
intensive treatment and weekly therapy
Whether your child is:
✓ Transitioning home after PHP or IOP
✓ Stuck despite weekly therapy
✓ Escalating toward a higher level of care
✓ Burned out by years of therapy
The Link provides the structure, accountability, and support to keep progress moving forward.
The Link Method
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process distressing experiences so they feel less overwhelming. It is effective not only for trauma but also for anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, grief, chronic stress, and low self-esteem. Through guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports emotional healing, resilience, and improved self-confidence
Internal Family Systems
IFS is a psychotherapy model that views the mind as made up of different parts, each with its own thoughts, emotions, and role. It teaches that healing comes from understanding these parts with curiosity and compassion, allowing your calm, wise core self to lead them toward greater balance and integration.
Experiential approach for real life
Practical support focused on confidence, motivation, accountability, and applying skills outside the therapy office.
Daily support between sessions
Using a secure app, adolescents stay connected through check-ins, reflections, assignments, affirmations, and communication with the therapy team. Because growth doesn't happen one hour a week.
A fresh approach to client connection
Therapeutic work may include movement, creativity, games, hobbies, or activities built around what genuinely interests your child.
Healing happens faster when therapy feels like life, not another appointment.
Our goal isn't just to help adolescents feel better…
It's to help them build a bigger life.
A life with
✓ More confidence
✓ Better emotional regulation
✓ Healthier family relationships
✓ New interests and passions
✓ Stronger coping skills
✓ Greater independence
✓ Hope for the future
Is The Link Right for Your Family?
The Link may be a good fit if your adolescent:
✓ Recently completed PHP or IOP
✓ Needs more than weekly therapy
✓ Is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, avoidance, or emotional dysregulation
✓ Has become burned out by traditional therapy
✓ Needs intensive support without hospitalization
✓ Is ready for a structured program focused on lasting progress rather than temporary stabilization
Take the Next Step
You don't have to choose between "not enough support" and "another hospitalization."
There is finally another option.
